Joomla SEO-URLs - aus index.php muss / werden

Hallo Leute,

die unten gepostete Joomla .htacess wird verwendet.
Dabei werden Pfadangaben zu CSS & JS so umgeschrieben das ein /index.php/ in der URL auftaucht, wo eigentlich nur ein / sein bräuchte.
Durch den falschen Pfad können die Dateien nicht geladen werden, ergo ist das Design undesigned.

Durch welche Änderung kann man das /index.php/ in / ändern?

Bei einer normalen Installation von Joomla tritt tatsächlich ein solches Problem auf? Lässt sich das denn nicht auch mit Joomla beheben?
